Office hours are by appointment only. Sessions are 45 minutes in length, not including payment and rescheduling.

Most insurance plans are accepted. Please check with me to confirm. Accepting cash, credit, or checks for co-pays if required.

The fee for out of pocket services is $80 per 45 minute sessions.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours before to avoid paying for a missed session fee.
